Years ago, I had good rapport with the owner and had a furnace service done. But in the past years when I call, I never reach anyone, and if the mailbox actually allows me to leave a message, then I don't get a return call. I won't try anymore.

This is the guy you want on your side. Makes every effort to personally respond, even to new customers -- and during heating season in Maine, that is like gold. He's down to earth, capable, kind and helpful. He does good work with courtesy, follow through, and charges a lot less than the big companies -- who often can't flex to fix your furnace when it goes out unless you're on their service plan already (which is understandable but still no consolation when your pipes are freezing and your kid is shivering). Very helpful but too busy to do job. However he answered his phone and tried to assist. 5 big stars for around here. Usually a recorder and rarely a returned called elsewhere. I will try again
