Over all we have been very happy and the management have been good to take care of any issues and they are very good management. And they are a good place to live
Residents are paying for carport parking but management has no legal authorization to tow those who are parking there without paying. Even though this office has stated they can and will tow (lie). The unfairness and $100s of dollars wasted paying for something I could've been doing for free without penalty is ridiculous.
I wish I could go into the detail how terrible this place has been how terrible the management has been literally, I would rather live in my car than live here
I am a previous tenant and I’m trying to obtain my lease from when I lived there for legal reasons and the leasing office is always locked. The phone number is out of service and the website says it no longer exists. This is crazy.
I have been living here for about a year and I must say all the BS I put up with is crazy I have no water the mainatance guy came here about two days ago and he provided a space heater to I guest unfreeze the pipes, and we been going on with no water for about two days calling maintance and nothing getting solved the mainatance sucks they are very combative with tenants when your right.
