Made a phone call to make sure there is no wait time due to my father accessibility condition. They said no wait time only 10 minutes to prep and get to the XRay. I arrived only couple of people waiting. But I ended up waiting 1h 30 minutes. I would have appreciated more honest communication so we could have made appropriate arrangements. the inaccurate information and lack of consideration for patients with accessibility challenges were very disappointing. I would not trust this place again.
Very well treated at this medical imaging clinic. Receptionists are very helpful and kind to you and make it easy to understand guiding you through every step. Brought my dad twice here and the nurses in the imaging and IV area were very kind and helpful and having a sense of humor as well making you feel relaxed and comfortable through every process. I highly recommend coming here.
WOW WOW WOW Oak Ridges Medical Diagnostic Imaging centre is AMAZEBALLS and so up with the times. I called to schedule a couple of imaging sessions and I was presented with the greatest Mobile experience and I no sooner took my finger off the submit key and my phone rang and booked my appointment/s for next week WOW WOW WOW and last but most importantly lovely Bella was the wonderful representative who called me back to book my appointments even though it was past the end of her day!
