In person I had an amazing experience! It was quick, smooth, everyone was kind and helpful. But once you call them, it’s the opposite. You get attitude and sass. I just wanted to follow up on an appointment. I was not aware or told by anyone that it would take 14 days. I just wanted to make sure but the woman who answered the phone treated me like I was dumb and was just rude overall.
