I hate to leave a low review but we’ve been clients there for over 20 years spent over $500 to get immunization shots for two dogs which was fine and then I see you charged a $20 office visit service fee are you kidding me? I’m not complaining about the $500 plus bill for the two dollars but $20. That actually makes me angry.
Best vet experience. I had been taking my dog to another vet for years. I had no idea what I was missing until I took my dog to this place. The staff was friendly. They did the most thorough exam my dog has ever had and they took the time to explain to me what was going on. They addressed every single concern and took excellent care of my dog. You can tell they love what they do and that makes a huge difference.
Highly recommend this place in oak ridge. They actually care about your pet and the communication is wonderful as well. Very considerate, easy to work with place.
Dr. Sam and her assistant were just wonderful to my epileptic big yellow dog.
