Awful. I was used to go there for many years until one of my pets got mildly sick. Then they just refused to see my pet, telling me I needed to go to Knoxville. So they only do the “easy stuff” and refuse to see your pet for any real issue. Absolutely useless and we found a place where they provide all the care we need.
They are amazing with our pup! Can't say enough great things about this vet staff.
