Everyone was super nice and helpful, Ms. Tracey and Mr. Wayne were so wonderful to talk with and were super helpful during the whole process. They seem like such a happy family at this location and it was a great experience from start to finish.
Called to have some routine maintenence done and needed my truck back on a certain day. The only available appointment was on the day I needed it back. They scheduled me for that day but had me drop it off a few days earlier and managed to work me in and complete the work before the scheduled date. Highly recommended Oak Ridge Nissan's service department!
