Poor living conditions. High lot rental fees. No amenities to speak of. Roads in rough shape in winter and summer. Many tenants lots look like junkyards
I love the manager her name was Yo and I am Mo is that a funny joke😃 she assured me that she wouldn't let me be homeless and I'm either going to try to rent their or buy a trailer but eventually I would like to have my own land with the start of a trailer and then build the house and if you build it they will come remember
