Worst Place ever! They put their caregivers on the med cart too soon, and they don't follow guide lines when it comes to passing meds. They crush meds that are not supposed to be crushed which is VERY dangerous!!! Also, the residents are not getting the quality care they should be because there is only ONE caregiver, ONE med passer, and ONE person in the kitchen!
