Update: The work was very professional and eye catching. (Before the work)The owner was very courteous and professional even though he was having difficulty with his hip. The price for a fence was reasonable. I haven't had the work done due to the weather.
I reached out for a quote. After a day I called and was told the estimator would be out the next day around 11:30. She never showed. A week later today I get a call as if I was still a brand new lead asking me the same questions I had already answered. I’ve already gone with another company that was prompt and ready to close the deal. This company certainly dropped the ball and you only get one time to do that with me.
I have had Oak Ridge install a couple fences for me now and have been very happy with them, They are prompt and professional and do excellent work, highly recommend!!
