RecommendedExcellent care. Clean, uncluttered environment. Consistent updates of resident condition to family. Good food. Great activity program. Talented beauticians. Competent, caring clinical staff. Efficient, capable administrative, business and office staff. All staff kind, helpful and courteous to families, visitors and each other! So glad my mom can reside here!
I came for therapy. it was a great time. the staff was great and the food was too. They are efficient and helped make me better. The goal was to get me better to go home and they did that well.
The girls are very helpful with making me look spiffy from hair to nails. They did a fine job, i'd kiss em but they would let me. The second shift CNAs SHOULD do a better, i had to ask (4) times to be walked and it was never done.
The only answer you ever get is I don't know. The rooms have not a bit of artwork, this is the biggest shit hole i have ever seen.
I can’t say enough wonderful things about the staff at OakRidge Care Center! We had to move my mother in when my father became to ill to care for her! My mother was in late stages of Alzheimer’s and wasn’t able to talk or do anything for herself. The staff at OakRidge found incredible, innovative and loving ways to help my mother! Even though my mother was no longer able to communicate the staff here was incredible! Everyone showed her respect and love! Thank-you all for making my mother last two years happy.
The staff at both facilities took extra special care of my MIL Suzi Peterson the last few years. She was treated like family. She will be remembered and missed. RIP Suzi! Thank you Vicki, Sherman, Jacki, Dr. Kim, Liz, Stacy, Tracy, Chris, Randy, Candice and to all the rest off the kind staff who cared for her.
