I wish I could go lower than one star. Here we go why my partner lives there and he has found cockroaches, ants, bedbugs, all type of insects. The drainage sucks, the smell on the hallways are bad. Kids are always leaving their stuff everywhere. They never clean the hallways. Where to do I begin with these apartments. Firstly I would never wish my worst enemy to live in these apartments. They are so ghetto and haphazardly maintained that it’s almost impossible to not laugh at the price you are paying to live in these apartments. Doors only have one or two screws in a 3 screw door hinge. None of the cabinets close inside the entire apartment. The drain in the shower looks years old without any replacements. The current owner is a backstabbing liar and thief. He has had tenants evicted by deleting payments that were made and that cleared the bank. The ammenities are not kept up. There is black mold in all the apartments, and the flies are beyond ridiculous. I believe this place should be shut down for shady business practices and unfit living conditions.
My personal experience with the residents of this place is that they generally don't watch their children and allow them to come into the Oak Hills neighborhood and destroy property-including elementary school property- and steal bikes and other property. Multiple police reports have been made and nothing is ever done. I wish this place would be shut down. No one ever seems to take accountability.
