The current owner is a backstabbing liar and thief. He has had tenants evicted by deleting payments that were made and that cleared the bank. The ammenities are not kept up. There is black mold in all the apartments, and the flies are beyond ridiculous. I believe this place should be shut down for shady business practices and unfit living conditions.
My personal experience with the residents of this place is that they generally don't watch their children and allow them to come into the Oak Hills neighborhood and destroy property-including elementary school property- and steal bikes and other property. Multiple police reports have been made and nothing is ever done. I wish this place would be shut down. No one ever seems to take accountability. Give the owner some slack. Hes an elderly who trys hard an is lenient when it comes to having a roof over your head. He has a big property hes talking on himself. I want to thank you Bob for allowing me to reside in your residents.
Needs work but things here are improving but a bit slow. I like the area trees grass and shade and it's pet friendly. What the Hell I'm content.
