Varios años viviendo acá. Y de la nada se ponen 100 dolares de aumento para el 2025 en la renta. Si se piensa mover para acá tenga en cuenta que los apartamentos son viejos. Los pisos rechinan y el techo no aísla el sonido de los de arriba entonces si arriba hay niños la van a pasar mal. El servicio y mantenimiento no está mal. Los baños son viejos y a veces hay fugas y las reparaciones son apresuradas y para salir del paso.
