These apartments are old with old stoves refrigerators they don’t never upgrade they charge u 400 dollars when u move out to fix things all they do is clean them and have carpet shampooed they sure don’t spend 400 dollars then u can’t even reach the cabinets unless u tall forget about counter space and molding on the ceilings in the bathroom cause there no exhaust they are way over priced with no Amities no pool nothing they want to charge outrageous prices for a old apartment enter at own risk

Have lived here for nearly 8 years, as have several other residents. Many have been here for several years also so you don't have a lot of people here today gone tomorrow so you can actually get to know your neighbors.
