**Vendors Beware:** I was hired to maintain the lawns of three properties and was warned by other landscapers that this client was difficult to work with. They were right. After my first service, I received an email stating that they would no longer be using my services because I didn’t clean the entire parking lot. These apartments are old with old stoves refrigerators they don’t never upgrade they charge u 400 dollars when u move out to fix things all they do is clean them and have carpet shampooed they sure don’t spend 400 dollars then u can’t even reach the cabinets unless u tall forget about counter space and molding on the ceilings in the bathroom cause there no exhaust they are way over priced with no Amities no pool nothing they want to charge outrageous prices for a old apartment enter at own risk
