The tech and the vet were so loving on our Luna. And she is a nervous shepherd. But they did great!
The check in was easy, the wait time was minimal and the Vet Tech and the Vet were exceptional.
We’ve been taking our fur babies to oak ridge for about a year. They are on the $$$ more expensive side of cost. However the vet, technicians & front office staff are ALWAYS the kindest, loving & understanding individuals. They are always willing to work us in if needed. They always look for cost cutting opportunities if that’s something you are needing! Overall I love that I can trust my pets in the care of this staff!
After our most recent visit with Willie Janik (a vet we havent seen here before), we have decided to immediately switch all our dogs care away from Oak Ridge. This place used to be amazing, but I believe they were aquired by private equity at some point and over the last few years everything that made this place special is now gone. I do not recommend Oak Ridge Animal Clinic. After spending almost $1,000 for two routine annual exams, they are refusing to give me a written prescription for heartworm medication. I need a written prescription as I have moved out of the area. I asked if they could mail be the prescription, and they said no. Then they very condescendingly suggested I establish myself at a new vet. The only thing I need from them is a written prescription. My dogs do not need to be reevaluated at a new vet.
