I took my cat for a blood test to check her thyroid and was very impressed I could get the results in 30 minutes, not the next day. The vet took time with me to explain the results and create a plan for her health.
Excellent care. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. Started coming to this office when I adopted an 11 year old Labrador retriever, who passed away at age 15 1/2. Dr. Schneider and his staff kept him healthy and happy until the end. My newly adopted 12 year old golden retriever and I just returned from our first visit. Dr. Schneider is so very gentle and thorough.
We have been taking our pets to Dr. Schneider at Oak Ridge for over 15 years. They always take excellent care of our dogs. The entire staff is wonderful.
I was visiting family in Spring and needed a same-day appointment to get my 1 year old cat a check up and to get medications. They were able to accommodate me into their schedule after scheduling over the phone without any issues. The front desk staff, vet tech (Ren), and vet (Dr. Condeleo) were incredibly welcoming, supportive, and helpful.
