It’s really hard to call this a mobile home park. First of all, all the driveways are concrete. There are detached permanent garages. They barely look like manufactured homes. The grooming is impeccable. Don’t look at this is some downscale place because it is not. I was just here for the first time today and I have to tell you how impressed I was. I met a lovely family there and I hope they have the chance to read this.
Well kept, beautiful Modular home park to reside in.
Great mobile homes but too expensive and water bills are outrageous, too many restrictions in the park for owning your own home
