We have been very happy with our experience at Oak Pointe. My Dad is 102 years old and he never wanted to leave home. Due to his weakness and medical issues after a hospitalizaton, we were unable to physically care for him at home. He eventually came to the understanding that he wasn't going to be able to come home. He said, "The food is good, and they take good care of me. You have me in a good place" This gave my sister and me comfort in a hard situation. The staff have been caring and consistant in meeting our concerns.
The staff at Oakpointe has done a great job taking care of my dad. They all know him and treat him like family. Dad tells me that it’s a great place and that they take good care of him. It’s definitely peace of mind for our family to know that he is getting great care.
When the day to day attention for a loved one exceeds your capabilities Oak Pointe provides the care and service you seek. Communication, observation, medications taken as prescribed, meals, medical attention, resident activities, family events. They have been a Trustworthy Assisted Living option more than once for our family.
My Mom found her “second home” at Oak Pointe after leaving her home of 60+ years. The staff & facility made Mom feel comfortable & welcome from day one. At 94 she is still going strong thanks to the care she receives there. She is engaged with other residents through the many activities they offer. Thank you for the peace of mind I get from her living at Oak Pointe.
Wonderful assisted living community with caring, compassionate staff who truly make residents feel at home. The atmosphere is welcoming, clean, and full of kindness. You can tell the team genuinely cares about the residents and their families. Highly recommend!
