My grandmother was here and broke her hip. She was sent out to rehab and I was assured that she could return after. I had made arrangements at the skilled care facility she was in for rehab. She returned and not even TWO weeks later they told me she needed to be moved back to skilled care. They sent her out to the hospital and refused to let her return after. We know many family and friends whom have had great experiences at Oak Pointe. My own experience is nothing short of wonderful. Having attended events, volunteered and even worked in the building...
