We moved in after we sold our house before pcs. The office and maintenance team have been amazing since day one. The apt was clean and large. 3 bed 2 bath with this price is awesome. So close to restaurants and to get my nails done I can walk which I love. We have a dog and the complex is just the right size to do loops in and up on the main road is sidewalks if you want longer. Poop bags and trash cans located everywhere and the poop is picked up so it's not gross. If we didn't have to pcs we would have stayed.
Great apartments, quick maintenance that actually fixes the issues, the entire staff/team is very interactive and mobile and is always walking the complex and talking to residents. Apartment was incredibly clean when I moved in. Location is very convenient and next to Lowe's, Walmart, and probably 10 minutes from FLW main gate. Highly recommend.
Worst experience. New management that has taken over is awful . Had a debt sent to collections and ruined my credit even saying I was in joint with my roommate when I hadn’t been on the lease the last year they were still living there . They have acknowledged it and say they will fix it but have yet to do so .
It’s a wonderful place and nice people in the area.
I love it here! Front office is always ready to answer all my questions and I ask a lot! No issues. Friendly atmosphere . I never want to leave !!
