I lived in these apartments for a little over a year 2023-march 2024 and what i can say from when i was there is the community was peaceful for the most part but i honestly wouldn’t recommend. They seem to change managers a lot, three times when i was there. They did not give our deposit back even when we cleaned the entire place moving out. Update: If this company strives to make a difference and make things better then how about actually doing so instead of just saying it because this company is nothing but talk?! I'm sick of reading these reviews where the company acts like their fixing the problems for those who leave them a bad review but they really aren't really doing anything at all. We’ve been here for 6years in we get our checks every two weeks this manger is giving us a hard time we never had to deal wit this kind of problem they went from having no section 8 people to letting them back in idk how these mangers even last long here cuz what they do to us hard working people that’s gotta wait for their checks isn’t right we don’t live off section 8 we pay the full 1,750 they are supposed to spray for roches witch they don’t these apartments are something else I love it here but some mangers are not mean... read more
