The kids love open skate and our son has really enjoyed learning how to play hockey during the Try Hockey Free sessions!
Dropped in up for a BNHL session and everyone (staff/players) were welcoming and helpful. It was a laid back but structured practice and we all had a blast with a scrimmage at the end. The pro shop is small but they have the essentials and are helpful with any questions you have. All in all, a great rink run by good people.
Oak park Ice Skating Lessons in the summer were great for my 6 year old. It inspired me to start a series of books for children, encouraging them to try new things, every if it not what they imaged!!! check out Mayah's Ice Skating Adventure....By Raashida Moore Brisco available on Amazon.com or Barnes and nobles.com
