Previous review are right, they don't care about their residents! For some reason the staff argues in front of their patients. My grandmother was sitting right in front of a staff employee she thinks her name is Kindra or Cendra she's not sure - This staff employee was yellowing and being very condescending to her coworkers - my grandmother was so upset she couldn't calm down. Management and staff are very friendly and always helpful. The food is always excellent and there is a good choice of menu. I would recommend Oak Park Place to anyone interested in a great place to retire.
this place is HORRIBLE! i feel bad for all family members who have loved ones there. they don’t care about the residents needs- they care about the amount of beds that are full and the $ they are making! staff is always short and cares are NOT being done!! management is THE WORSE— i’ve ever seen. they don’t care about the concerns or needs that are brought to them— they care about how many people can sit in the head nurses office and hang out all day- as call lights are left on for ever and not being answered, aides are wor... read more
