Hello this is Wanda , I live in Wyoming. I have to give a great big thank you to Oak Park rehab. in San Antonio and everyone that works there . They are so kind and took such good care of my Mom Lena during her 5 day visit. They answered all my questions when I called. They made sure they added a phone in her room when it didn't have one so I would be able to talk with her and even allowing her little dog Peanut to visit her ! You went above and beyond. I cannot thank you enough ! I truly appreciate all that you did for not only her but us her family and the kindness you have shown.THANK YOU !

Margie was most helpful. Placing my loved one here was extremely difficult, but Margie was able to ease the transition. I look forward to good things coming from this. We shall see.

I have 41 years experience in health care. Yesterday my friend Helen and I toured this facility searching for a home capable of dealing with residents in need of long term memory care. Margie was most helpful in answering our questions and addressing the elephant in the room... their recent bad reviews. We found that Oak Park was clean, updated, and well staffed when we made our inspection. We feel the recent changes in processes, procedures, and staffing have addressed areas needing improvement. Helen and her family are requesting care for her mother there and look forward to working with their team. We feel confident her mother will be getting the wonderful care she deserves.
