I would give it a 5 star as the people who live there seem very nice but the board of directors are very strict & very difficult to please. We went there last summer to get approved with our 28 yr. old son sitting with us & we told them our dog was a mix of beagle & basset & was over their very strict 25 lb. limit, even though we saw several dog's in the neighborhood that were over that weight.
