Rico is the absolute best. I have a lot of hip and leg pain, and I have seen several massage therapists in Sac, but Rico is the first and only person who could provide targeted, evidence-based therapy. His knowledge of the body and body mechanics is really amazing, and he is a joy to communicate with. The clinic space is deeply relaxing. A five star experience from start to finish. Thank you, Rico!
Had just flown in from Idaho. Looking for a great lunch spot with my wife and walked past this place’s neon sign. After ordering food downstairs made my way up as I’ve had pinched nerve in my neck that’s creating numbness in my fingers. Thought I’d at least go up and ask. Rico has given me amazing care and healed an issue I have had for over 20 years. I did not know pain relief was possible. The massages are incredible. But most importantly, Rico is a talented healer who really cares about our well-being and living pain free lives. I can't recommend Rico enough!
He knows what he is doing and helped with my pain in just one session, and I believe he would’ve continued to help if I were to keep going. Unfortunately while great for my physical health, he was not good for my nervous system.
