Rico is by far the best I’ve experienced. He is knowledgeable and attentive. His massages are very intentional and never wastes any time. He gets to the point of your issues. He’s massaged out knots I didn’t even know were there and I will continue to be a client there. I would recommend him to anyone who is looking for someone who knows what he is doing. I met Rico at the UC Davis Equity Summit. His clinic was offering a 10 minute massage time and I signed up for a spot. He was able to pinpoint a spot that’s been a bit achy. So I booked a session with him at his Oak Park location. He had a welcoming space and the session was great. I appreciated the consultation during this visit. Looking forward to booking my next one.

Rico is truly one of a kind! Rico is awesome! I always feel better after a neuromuscular massage with him and they help with my neck and shoulder pain immensely. He’s also super informative and his space is cozy and comfortable. 10/10 would recommend!!!
