Lived here a year currently moving out this month and have never got an eviction notice so which means rent was paid. The lady Doris in the office is rude and will hang up in your face and they quick to make sure they call for rent but slow to fix your problems I had a hole in my bathroom over my tub because it was a problems with the pipes that I told them about weeks prior I have two daughters small children at that and we had to have a huge hole where they were working which they prolonged for a week and When I first move... read more

Finally moved in after a ROUGH month of trying to get things fixed in the townhouse BEFORE I moved in because that place was NOT move in ready … it was rough & very inconvenient and I wish higher management was more understanding and took accountability for this but she wasn’t almost like she didn’t care and tried her HARDEST to never speak to me for some odd reason SMH... but I can say through the process DORIS was great!!
