Horrible place to live , kids play in the street with no parents in sight, no matter how much you call about maintenance nothing gets fixed, 2 bedroom apartments have 8+ people living in them, walls super thin can hear everything your neighbor say and do, cops are out there almost everyday for some drama, there isn’t a leasing office on sight you have to drive to a completely different complex, main doors are broke and stay open so animals and anything else can just walk in called to get that fixed nothing happened literally... read more
UPDATE: Was denied with a 620 credit score & nothing on my name never had any evictions! I wish I would’ve known management seems like you’re bugging them . I went to tour this place filled out the $65 application plus the $200 holding fee which is kinda high for a basic apartment. They really only charging you for basic paint updates. To be honest I don’t think it’s worth $1,200 with no central air. I had to keep contacting them that’s where my frustration comes in at .
