An appointment with my husband to the eye department, receptionist well past retirement didn’t seem to know he had an appointment. The eye test was basic and the report was incorrect showing the right eye with a loss of vision when it was the left. Difficult to travel to without your own transport too!
Left my GP surgery at 9:10 and by 12:30 I had been contacted by the clinic to arrange an x-ray for 7 days time. Great service, and from previous experience I have every reason to expect similar friendly efficiency when I go for my appointment.
