This bank is part of Wintrust. It is promoted as a community bank. Service is terrible. I set up a business account with this bank and deeply regret it every time I deal with this bank. Technology is way out of date. Customer service is non existent. Basic banking services don't work. I have some automatic deposits and debits with this bank so it is time consuming to move. I am looking for a new bank

My experience here was nothing but overwhelming. I have been going through with my business accounts for months now. At times, I would miss a call however when I call back no return call. Even when I have sent emails it takes weeks to reply back to emails. I have talk with a banker and address my concerns what’s funny he got in contact with the person I needed right away. Janette, the branch manager is AMAZING! She has partnered with us at Nash Elementary to teach financial literacy in our afterschool program. She kept the kids engaged and they actually paid attention and was quiet for her presentation. She brought goodies and banks with a gold dollar in them for every kid in our program. Janette comes to our career day and has been very supportive of our program. Sending a huge thank you to Janette, you're the best!
