Ever since Ms Isabelle has come to this location it has drastically changed!! She is one of the best teachers and people I’ve met. She advocates for the kids and makes sure to treat them as if they were her own. She’s always there with questions or concerns I have, and never stops with the kids. Plus all the kids love her!!

I have twin boys who attend this location. Have been for maybe six months, if not a little longer. When the kids are in attendance, the staff is great, the service is great. But that's when they're in attendance. Over the last month, the facility had to shut down a number of times due to sewage and staffing issues. There has also been a wave of sicknesses that rock the rooms, and takes our kids down. I am extremely disappointed with KinderCare on Oak Park Avenue. The facility has a persistent weird smell and lacks proper cleaning standards. They claim to operate from 6 AM to 6 PM, but when I drop my son off in the morning, I often see about 10 children with only 1-2 staff members struggling to manage. zero stars. Place is soo cramped dirty smelly and musty. Lot of the kids there are very violent and on several occasions my son has been bitten by another child. Teachers are inadequate and useless. The smell alone there should give you a hint

I feel deeply saddened and disappointed by our experience with Oak park kinder Care, where we sent our 6-month-old for 3-4 months. Instances of child neglect, unreasonable / everyday changing policies, and poor communication made this an upsetting journey. Policies around sickness were inconsistent, and despite a pediatrician’s note, our child was excluded unnecessarily.
