All the bugs with so so much maintenance issues and crap parking on top of the tow truck looking to grab up anyone not worth the cost of rent
Rent is affordable. No bedbugs, noises, cockroaches. The only reason why I didn't give it a 5 is due to spiders living there when we first moved in and the air conditioner sometimes malfunctions. That's something I can manage but other than that, it's fine. edited: that was back then, essentially horrible place to live the mail is always open, no sense of privacy and the air never cools enough.
