The office staff is wonderful and Dr Okonieczy is amazing, she really cares about her patients, I have never seen any other Doctors who show as much compassion as her, I highly recommend her to anyone

I love the nurses and nurse practitioners in Orleans County. They show care for their patients and take your concerns serious. My only complaint is that it is hard to talk to the correct person when someone leaves you a message and requests a “call back”. There are too many people served per satellite that the phone lines are always occupied.
