I would not recommend this practice to anyone. Staff is terribly rude. My medications are never filled on time. I've been given medication that interacts with my other medications. I'm currently seeking a new medical provider, save yourself the time and look elsewhere. You will not find quality care through this practice.
Dr. Idrees made a terrible mistake going to Oak Orchard. I cannot get ahold of ANYONE. It used to be so easy to pick up the phone and call. Even going to his appointments has been made complicated.
45 minutes waiting to make and appointment. Next in line and the call ends. This isn't the first time.
