The receptionist was beyond rude when I called about an issue with my son. He claimed we missed a follow up appointment that he didn't know who it was scheduled by so I couldn't talk to a nurse about my son possibly having an allergic reaction to a medication. He kept cutting me off when I tried to explain to him that without a text,call or letter how would I know we had a follow up appointment?? So instead of scheduling an appointment for my son to be seen He just hung up on me....
RUDE!! Is really all I can describe this place and the staff!!! DO NOT waste your time taking your kids here! I PROMISE these are NOT the people you WANT caring for your kids!!
I just had my first visit at this location, and couldn't have been more pleased. The staff were all fast and efficient, and the nurse was especially nice.
Me and my daughter go here about to switch today. Not only can I not get through to a real person because the automated line will actually hang up on me but the staff is Rude. The nurse that sees My child is constantly throwing smug comments our way but she treats us as if we are stupid. The ONLY good thing I can say is about christina I had her when I was a little girl and she's always been super attentive and understanding. Christina was the only reason we didn't switch. Do better
Well fellow people that are leaving reviews about this establishment. I’m glad you could at least get a hold of them via phone or however and get an appointment. I’m getting nothing but a busy signal like example back from 1980. There’s no way that they’ve been busy since 9 AM this morning. It’s now 3:05 PM The only thing positive that I can say currently about this clinic is Dr. Idress is the most amazing physician ever. but how is he supposed to take care of his patients if the front desk can’t answer their phone
