Imagine hiring the worst pediatrician in the city and expecting your office to be better because of it. His offices closed for a reason...
Doctors will not listen to patients needs, they have also been messing with my sons medicine, a medicine he’s been on for 2 years and they said he “needs to been seen by the doctor every time before refilling his meds” okay fine. But now this is the second time they have called to reschedule a NEEDED APPOINTMENT so my son can’t get the medicine he needs. Instead he has to go through medicine withdrawal which can cause serious symptoms! Shame on oak orchard.
There's always a guy that answers the phone there dont know anything about anything your calling about hes not friendly at all hes rude to you you try and say u dont know how to pronounce a medicine and hes jumping down your thwart he shouldn't be one to take medication specially controlled substance meds over phone he aint even nice in person either they should fire him cuz I stopped going there cuz of him and many others reviews feel tge same about Darwin Jennifer kinter the ceo should fire Darwin hes nothing but starlight... read more
The receptionist was beyond rude when I called about an issue with my son. He claimed we missed a follow up appointment that he didn't know who it was scheduled by so I couldn't talk to a nurse about my son possibly having an allergic reaction to a medication. He kept cutting me off when I tried to explain to him that without a text,call or letter how would I know we had a follow up appointment?? So instead of scheduling an appointment for my son to be seen He just hung up on me....
RUDE!! Is really all I can describe this place and the staff!!! DO NOT waste your time taking your kids here! I PROMISE these are NOT the people you WANT caring for your kids!!
