I’ve been coming here for years, generally a healthy person so not too many appts over the years. Fast forward to the last year when I ran into a few medical issues where I really NEEDED to be seen. They fired their practioner months ago and didn't tell us until we showed up for an appointment, where we were told there was nobody there to see us. Even though the appointment was still listed on the patient portal with the fired practioner AND we'd been getting confirmation calls, texts and emails for the appointment. Absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional. Obviously we're not going back to oak orchard at all after this.
They are awful. I had been there patient from the time I was 10 until I was 19 years old. They knew I had been on ssri for 6 years being my primary physician. When my psychiatrist ditched me, I did not know I needed to tapper off ssri. I went through the worst withdrawal and brainzaps of my life and when I made an appointment with my primary doctors of 8 years they wouldn't even help me.
Extremely unprofessional. Don't waste your time here.
