This doctor's office is TERRIBLE please go anywhere else for your well being. The doctor and nurses takes FOREVER to actually see you I waited 45 minutes in a room to be seen and was only seen after I was walking out because I didn't want to wait any longer. The doctor was literally googling my symptoms to try and figure out what my condition was, the nurses are useless and rude especially on the phone and the doctor is not any better. this place is by far the worst place you could go. they send over wrong prescriptions to the pharmacy not even just once more then 6 times this has happened in a month. you try getting ahold of them it’s just about impossible they have no idea what there doing here DO NOT GO HERE.
I couldn't imagine a worse healthcare practice. There is 0 humanity, if you need to reach them via phone, good luck you'll be trying for months. You know it's bad when the local pharmacists tell you Oal Orchard doesn't care about their patients. What happened to real doctors instead of these huge corporations owning everything?
Switched from 3 little birds pediatric in Batavia. So far PA Kevin was very respectful and super helpful
