Today at my sons visit the LPNs and CNAs don’t understand my children’s needs to be meet and understand!
The only reason they got 1 star from me is because other wise I wouldn't be able to write a review. They just plain dont care.
I have been going to Oak Orchard for approximately 7 years. I adore the physicians and medical team but their billing department could use some work. They are impossible to get ahold of, do not return phone calls and have a lack of organizational skills. Previously, they have applied a check written for my account to a family members account which put them in a credit while my account was left with a balance, and more recently I have paid a bill with a credit card while in office and since have received 2 overdue bill statem... read more
Before they were Oak Orchard they cared. Now I switched Drs and they finally sent me a really garbage automated call asking why they haven't seen me in over a year....hmmm maybe because you don't give a rip about being human or caring for people?!
Dr Fernaays is very professional and caring towards his patients, staff very helpful
