So far have had two appointments with my child there. The environment is clean. Had trouble checking in with the kiosk the first time. Overheard a receptionist tell a parent in a condescending tone that she was late for her appointment. Each visit we spent 1.5hr there. Most of that time was spent waiting to be seen. The kiosk that they are now requiring patients to check in with is un-fit for elderly patients and those with a technological disadvantage. The registration staff should be able to verify information and check patients in. A McDonald's order kiosk is not acceptable. It should be optional to use not required.

4 times I have had to leave a appointment because they leave you in a room or in a parking lot for a sick visit and you will wait about 2 hours before you're late for your own job. But if I'm late to a appointment they cancel it? Nope switched providers for myself and child and filing many complaints on them. Don't go there seriously. One year later and their receptionist was just the rudest thing. Like I took time from her day to check my client into their appointment. And all they can do is bat their fake eyelashes at you
