I am super disappointed in this service. Our glass was ordered 7/27 and was supposed to take 8-10 days. I understand supply issues however the customer service and communication has been simply awful. Our glass came in 2 weeks ago tomorrow. When the phone is answered Issac says he will call you back and does not. We have gotten no answers as to when we can expect delivery, and if we will ever get our glass.
