Really nice staff and very helpful
Can't get anyone to answer the phones... EVER! I have called over and over and over again to cancel an appointment and no one will answer the phone. Spent almost 10 minutes letting it ring. There's no voicemail for me to leave a message for them to call me back either. This has been an ongoing issue in the past as well. I am able to book an appointment online but I'm not able to cancel online... But if I don't cancel then there is a $75 fee. I have never gotten through over the phone. Not once.
