I am very confused with what is going on with this place. It used to be called urban oak in Sherwood park and moved locations and goes by oak medical now. I’ve been going to urban oak for over 3 years and enjoyed it very much until it moved. I booked an appointment in advance and showed up to an empty clinic. I talked to the businesses/clinics beside oak medical and they have stated they haven’t seen anyone there for awhile.
