Great Place to live Love all the beautiful trees! People are great and management company is great!
Horrible The walls are paper thin so if you live down stairs, you can hear every step the upstairs neighbors takes. They plan music and games all night and it sends vibrations into my room causing me to not sleep well. Management does do anything as we have made multiple complaints. Our shelf’s in the closets have completely fallen down and we requested to get this fixed in July, we are now in December and nothing is done. The one guy that came to look at it says “it’s above my pay grade”. Stay away from these apartments
Don’t rent here I don’t usually review anything online but..... I’m SUPER happy that we moved out of this place. I mean seriously this is not a clean place. Read my whole review and you’ll see what I mean. When we first moved in (DAYS after our lease started) there was NO TOILET in the unit. Among many other problems. Pleasantly surprised I’ve lived here for about 9 months. It’s a really nicely place to live. Good neighbors, extremely dog and pet friendly, and clean. There is a lot of open grass areas to go play fetch. Garbage and water included. Lawn maintenance comes frequently. Parking lots were plowed in the winter. Really, for the price, they’re probably the best apartments in town you could ask for. Great location. Plus, the office manager Jade is really nice.
Great Community Vibes We recently moved here and really enjoy it! Many of our neighbors are super friendly, and happy to help out. There are lots of friendly dogs too, which we're very happy about, as we didn't have to give away our precious dog to live here. We enjoy being surrounded by nice neighbors, and having plenty of green grass for our kids and dog (on a leash required) to play on. The school district is great too.
Upgraded, clean, great neighbors! Parks on the Green was a diamond found in a very rough market of budget apartments in Bend. The rent is low(er than average), and the apartments are clean, upgraded recently, have AC, great neighbors, speedy maintenance service, and, as the name implies, GRASS in the desert! We are super glad we found it a year ago, as we would have been priced out of this pricey town otherwise.
Oak Meadows Oak meadow apartment complex is a low income building that charges a little too much. They rent out 1 or two bedrooms and are a bit overpriced. With low quality appliances and furnishing such as broken window shades, cracked linoleum floors, and closes that have trouble sliding, they come in at a solid $900 a month for 2 bedroom 1 bath.
Ehhhh Residents are drama filled. Otherwise a decent place to start out in Eugene.
