why do the residents complain about the food david knorr
I cannot visit my mother because of the quarantine and when I asked to speak with her on the phone (every day for the entire month) they told me she is non-verbal but will not give me details about when she became unable to speak or what I can do to communicate with her. If they truly care about those they care for, this would not be my experience. How alone and frightened my Mother must be. Please don’t let this happen to members of your family. Move them while you can!

My mom and dad Cal and June Green have been there for two years until my dads passing in December of 2018. The staff has been nothing but respectful and very caring with my mom. We were very lucky to find Oak Manor.
I’m disappointed and appalled at the lack quality of care and attention received at this place. They charge an astronomical amount of money to stay there and yet they have no activities for the residents. (I’m speaking in the skilled nursing area). These old people sit by themselves in the hallways in their wheelchairs with no one talking to them and nothing to do. No tv, no cards, board games and no one changing their adult diapers.
