I had a great experience working with Ralph. He's easy to work with, communicative, and prompt. He was able to get me an estimate and start working on projects fast, and the work was done quickly even though there were additional complexities that came up. He is also quick to check in about how you'd like the work to get done.
Ralph did a remodel for us recently and we could not have been more pleased. It was a rental in need of various upgrades without spending a tremendous amount of money. In the bathroom Ralph did nearly floor to ceiling including refinishing a cast iron tub. Also removing an old decaying wood window, tiling the tub surround. Kitchen countertops had to be replaced, eliminating 60 year old plywood covered in linoleum, replacing with home depot custom countertops amid the less than square walls of a 1950s house. Ralph and his crew did a full remodel on a house flip for me. Turned out great and sold the house within a few weeks of completion. New texture, paint, windows, flooring, roofing, trim/molding, fixed plumbing, new vanities in bathrooms, etc.
This contractor pads invoices and charges you for hours/time they do not actually work on you project. We agreed to a time and materials project, Ralph wants to charge people rates that are used to quote jobs then charges hourly. In addition, he believes he should get forty hours a week regardless if he actually works on your T&M project. He returned materials he did not use but never refunded our money. Very blessed to have found this company. They do excellent work. Very knowledgeable. Very polite. Show up right on time. Cleaned everything before leaving each day. Completely remolded a bathroom. Very happy with the work. I would definitely recommend them and we would use them again. Very professional as well
