Carly and her staff are simply amazing thank you so much for everything. She was the calm in the storm to make everything seem okay. Tina who answered the phone was phenomenal when I First called she explained no one was avail but if needed she would have someone avail to meet. She took time to listen to me went well above and beyond to help us. Who ever is their bosses should take note this staff is an All Star team. For my Brother REST IN PEACE JASSON!
Went to a viewing tonight and i was so impressed by what they did for the family. Loved the blanket they had made.
We used Oak Lawn for my mother’s funeral. We were impressed from the pre-arranging 5 years ago to the viewing and funeral services today. Thank you to Carly Schiro and her team. We would highly recommend Oak Lawn to all looking for compassion, patience, and detail during the transition of losing a loved one.
We had to recently deal with the passing of our father. He fortunately had made plans in advance with Oak Lawn Funeral Home (from 2006) when my Mom passed away. I called them and within the next day, they set up a meeting and were so helpful in setting up the entire funeral process. The manager, Carly was so helpful in making such a painful process go as smoothly as possible. I'm so thankful for the help and support that was provided by Carly and the entire staff.
