Don't buy your grave, niche or mausoleum from them until you actually need them. My parents purchased theirs way before their death and eventually had to move due to health reasons. Now they won't buy them back even after I offered to split the revenue if they found someone who wants them. I'm very sad about this. However, they did return my emails with my questions.
