Oak Lake RV is the definition of how not to run a business. Customers are met with rudeness, dishonesty, and prices that look like they were made up on the spot. They will happily do work without your approval, charge you for it, and then ignore you when you call them out. The “service” here is sketchy at best. Instead of clear communication and fair treatment, expect to be brushed off, overcharged, and left with work you never asked for. Bought a used pop up this past weekend from Oak Lake. It was a great experience. Everyone we worked with was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions.
We traveled from over 250 miles away to look at certain truck camper models we had seen on Oak Lake RV’s website, and we were prepared to make a purchase. From Alan helping us through the decision making process and Bill handling the contractual areas, we were very pleased with our experience. The customer service I received was top notch from the sale through the loan closing. However, the delivery and setup were exceptional! Ryan and Blake worked nonstop and made sure that every t was crossed and every i was dotted. They took the time to explain the whys of what they were doing, which was so appreciated.
