We purchased a used toyhauler from Oak Lake RV this summer. The first two times we used it, we had issues. Our sales rep was out so we spoke to Alan. He went so far above our expectations to make this right! Even though they are multiple hours from our home, they have us as customers for life!!!
The employees we're patient understanding & kind, even though the problem was clearly of my own doing, they showed me nothing but respect & compassion, then found me the absolutely most affordable way to solve my problem immediately. For me, today, they were angels without wings. What a wonderful staff!
Oak Lake RV is the definition of how not to run a business. Customers are met with rudeness, dishonesty, and prices that look like they were made up on the spot. They will happily do work without your approval, charge you for it, and then ignore you when you call them out. The “service” here is sketchy at best. Instead of clear communication and fair treatment, expect to be brushed off, overcharged, and left with work you never asked for.
