We had a horrible experience!! The sales manager was incredibly rude to us, and he took off in the middle of the sale! We were told it was too inconvenient for them to do a walk thru with us, and they “didn’t have time” to inspect the motorhome we were buying. We left not knowing how to operate anything! The first day we had the unit we discovered the fresh water tank doesn’t hold water. They gave us a cheap replacement back up camera, which they used as an excuse to void our warranty on a $30k motorhome! This is a VERY shad... read more
We looked at motorhomes while on vacation & found one we wanted to buy at Oak Lake RV. You would think the sales manager would be thrilled to make a $30,000 sale on the spot- but NO! He acted like we were inconveniencing him. He actually took off while we were negotiating the sale. We bought a $30k motorhome the day we looked at it. This dealership was NOT happy about that for some reason!? The sales manager was rude and dismissive- he actually took off during the sale! He had to be repeatedly called by our sales lady every time she needed approval. The entire experience was horrible! We left with NO walk thru, NO inspection, and NO warranty- because the sales manager was intent on just getting rid of us. We just bought a used motorhome from this place. It was really stressful! They seemed incapable of selling the unit that day, and acted angry and put out. No inspection was done, even tho they'd had it for 3 months. There's a fresh water holding tank issue they refused to help us with. They refused to warranty the unit because we purchased it the day we saw it?! The manager was rude and dismissive. We spent over 20k to be treated like crap.
I had my 2004 Winnebago in for service for new skylights after a hail storm. Driving the camper home after being repaired one roof vent blew off the camper. They took no responsibility for it and told me there was no way it was from them redoing the roof. There is no possible way for 3 inch screws with un-twist from the camper.After that two crank up vents, one broke the other, the screws fell out of it.
