I began my purchase process while in Alaska. Allen was helpful and willing to answer my questions or put me in contact with an Encore rep. I did my research and knew what I wanted. There was the exact model I wanted sitting on the lot. Allen worked with me on a couple of accessories that I wanted changed. The walk through was detailed and they were patient with me. I drove off the lot with exactly what I wanted. I highly recommend these guys and gals.
We have had a great experience at Oak Lake RV! Everyone has been friendly, engaging, knowledgeable and super easy to work with. Tim, Alan, Bill and Justin are who we've worked closely with and they've all been great! Highly recommend. Also, we worked with Oak Lake Campground and have had a great experience with Diane and Henry!
