They won't fix any problems with the home when you move in, then when you move out they will make sure to mark everything wrong with the home, whether or not you are responsible. they will drain your deposit and charge you nearly 1500 dollars that you won't even learn about until they sell your debt to debt collectors a year later whom will give you 2 days to pay. The landlords are vultures. It sucks to live there and they will come back a year after you leave to make you suffer even more. But hey, it has a pretty lake.
