Kourosh is not trust worthy. Took my money to build new wardrobes last year and never did the job. I am taking him to VCAT. Please read the other reviews so you will know he has been dishonest with other customers too.
Please DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS. Very unprofessional, unreliable and poor quality. Kourosh does not have any set process to quote and deliver the products. He relies on verbal agreements but will send random invoices for payment. Every cabinet installed is faulty, cupboard doors and drawers stopped opening within a few days of installation They damaged our floor during instalation which they refused to remedy. Doors are all scratched and have stopped closing. Very very poor craftsmanship.
Extremely disappointed — poor workmanship and questionable billing I strongly advise caution before engaging this cabinet maker. The workmanship was well below expected standards — several defects were evident shortly after installation, including damaged doors and drawers do not open and close properly. The owner’s craftsmanship is outstanding, and the entire process was seamless from start to finish. We couldn’t have asked for more — thank you for such a beautifully executed job! The kitchen is perfect, exactly what we envisioned for our home, and all our friends love it.
