Service was very good. Billing was horrible. This was the first time I went to Oak Hollow because for my procedure, my regular dentist had stopped using our insurance company and I was going to have to pay for a portion of the bill so I was looking around for someone who would not charge me more than my regular dentist was willing to charge. They've had an issue with Met Life every single time we have gone there always calling and asking us to give them our SSN, since it would make the process easier. And we've been going there for at least 2 years now. We don't feel comfortable giving out our SSN and every time in the past, eventually they have been able to do it without the SSN. People are super nice, but was told that a night guard would cost 30 dollars and insurance would cover the rest, and then 6 months later I got a bill for 450 dollars, check with your insurance before you buy anything that they suggest
