The mobile home park is preparing to open. The owner has redone the spaces, smaller & now will only let in 2012 or newer & must b double wide. He has raised his rent depending on space instead of same price for all spaces as it had always been. He keeps changing his mind many times about the rules as time gets closer to opening. I lived in that park 16 yrs before fire & have been waiting all this time since fire to move back. The has left many scars on people and land. I lived here from 2002 until Nov 8, 2018 when I lost my mobile home & 65 yrs of belongings. The fire was life changing for too many people, but I still drive back for excellent Dr care at Adventest Health clinic. I will b moving back in a few months when the owner will be ready to rent. It was a great place to live & will be again in time. Lots of work to do B4 trees ( shade ) will b back. Richard is a great landlord & roomy spaces. A small and cozy park, space rent is $ 475 mo.
