First thing it says is he is accepting new patients with PPO. I called him. He is not accepting new PPO patients.

Last week , I was told I would need my pcp changed to this practice then they would give me an appointment. Today I called after making the change with my insurance company, then I was told they arnt accepting new patients. Your in network for iehp so you do take my insurance.
Dr. Stoops is the best doctor I have ever had. He is always clear in his explanations and takes the time to answer all my questions. He’s incredibly dedicated and consistently spends at least 45 minutes with me during appointments. The office staff is also fantastic—they promptly call me with any test results and help schedule future appointments. Just the other day, Dr. Stoops even mentioned he would stay after hours if needed! There is no other doctor who cares more about their patients than Dr. Stoops.
Can't believe all the good ratings for this guy! Where do I start? First off, it took a month and a half to even get an appt. Then the day finally arrives and my appt is at 4. They tell me to get there at 330 to fill out paperwork or I can pick it up ahead of time and bring it back. I picked it up ahead of time, filled it out and got there at 330.
