Great place to shop for some local products and bulk foods.
Love the unique offering of baking supplies and seasonings which otherwise you would have to drive out of town for. Plus the variety of quantity ensure you don't end up with having to buy a large quantity of a specialty product you plan on using once or twice. The service is great, and the cafe has some amazing drinks!
I love this store because it is always neat, clean and well organized. The employees are friendly. It is also nice to see Phil and LaReta in the store. It is also great to have a local store carry a large selection of gluten free products. I also like the way they support local economy with local produce and other local products.
I absolutely LOVE Oak Hill Bulk Foods!! I travel from Elmira Heights every 2 to 3 weeks just to stock up on their delicious spices, flavored mustards, great cheeses, and most of all their wonderful baking supplies and mixes!! On my trip last week I stocked up pretty well, took a drive into Penn Yan.. then when leaving Penn Yan and driving by Oak Hill Bulk Foods to head back to Elmira Heights, I actually stopped in again and purchased some of their frozen cookies already made up!! Love Oak Hill Bulk Foods.. find something new all the time. Love the bakery and cafe ..When I was there for lunch the squash soup was awesome . My friends enjoyed their lunch as well. Excellent service all around . If you have a question they find an answer for you.Love the fresh meat dept also..
We had driven by Oak Hill Foods and I said to my boyfriend "HEYYYYYYYYYYYY WHAT WAS THAT?! THEY HAVE A PEACHES SIGN OUT" We turned around and I honestly wasn't quite sure what to expect from the minute you walk in to the minute you walk out the service they provide is stellar and the products are amazing!!
