It increasingly feels like this complex is letting everything slide. Over the past 5 years, I have witnessed a significant decline in standards and maintenance. The final straw was today when I took my young daughter to the pool, only to find a full-blown party with non-residents swearing and causing a disturbance. People were blatantly ignoring the sign-in requirement for the clubhouse. The senior management at Oak Hill Condos has shown a severe lack of professionalism and competence, resulting in ongoing issues with mismanagement, neglect, and poor communication. Despite attempts to address these issues, there has been little improvement! Save your money and look elsewhere.

I regret to share my overwhelmingly negative experience living at Oak Hill Condominiums. The lack of oversight and accountability, particularly from the head manager, Julie, has been incredibly frustrating. Issues persist throughout the property without resolution, creating an atmosphere of perpetual neglect. To compound matters, the pool was unexpectedly closed on Memorial Day weekend due to lack of preparation. This recurring pattern makes living here an endless cycle of disappointment
