They left my grandparents in an unmarked grave for over 6 months so they could add my grandfathers date of death. Well yesterday they FINALLY replaced the headstone but never added my grandfathers date of death!! Where was the headstone for 6 months? They won’t answer. How long will it take to actually add it to the headstone? They won’t answer. Highly don’t recommend them.
The staff is friendly and kind, but not effective. We've been waiting for close to 2 years for engraving. It seems to be overlooked, our loved one deserves and certainly expected better.
