Bryan and his staff have served my family well.5 stars are not enough. My parents had burial plots at Calvery Cemetary but when they had passed, Bryan had personally walked my sister and I through what Oak Hill has to offer from cremation to services offered around cremation and a niche (we purchased double size lit niches). They left my grandparents in an unmarked grave for over 6 months so they could add my grandfathers date of death. Well yesterday they FINALLY replaced the headstone but never added my grandfathers date of death!! Where was the headstone for 6 months? They won’t answer. How long will it take to actually add it to the headstone? They won’t answer. Highly don’t recommend them.

The staff is friendly and kind, but not effective. We've been waiting for close to 2 years for engraving. It seems to be overlooked, our loved one deserves and certainly expected better.
